Many universities agree that there are far too many students going into colleges and universities with anxiety and depression. (Collins, L. 2018)
The responsibility to help these youth cannot fall entirely on the schools, individuals, or organizations. It will take everyone to work together in order to combat the numbers of youth suicide, anxiety, depression, and many other challenges they face.
Rising Up Together
Rising Up Together is bringing together thousands of schools, organizations, and individuals from the communities to help these youth. With everyone collaborating and pulling together, these youth have a greater chance to thrive!
Early Detection Saves Lives
Since early detection saves lives, Rising Up Together is reducing suicide by addressing the earliest stages of anxiety, depression, stress, bullying, loneliness, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, addictions, and other challenges that impact the youth.
We are offering a seven-week program that will help these youth thrive. It will be held once a week after school to youth ages 11 to 18. We recognize that a safe and most central place for these youth to meet would be at their school. Please consider letting us use a classroom where these youth can meet after school with their trained adult mentors and instructors.
Rise Up with us if your school is interested in meeting with a Rising Up Together representative to get more details about how we can work together to lift these wonderful youth towards a safer, happier, and much brighter future!
